When refunds / returns are accepted

We accept returns or offer refunds only when the mistake is from our end. Examples include:

      

  • We shipped the wrong size or wrong color due to our error.
  •   

  • We sent an incorrect item that differs from what you ordered.

If the return is due to our error, please follow these steps:

      

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@itstrendymart.com 
  2.   

  3. Return the item to us through your cargo company. The item must be sent back to our receiving address in China.
  4.   

  5. Ensure the item is returned in the exact condition it was received: unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
  6.   

  7. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

When refunds / returns are not accepted

We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

      

  • The correct size/color/item was shipped (i.e., no error on our part) but the item does not fit or doesn’t suit your preference.
  •   

  • You selected the wrong size/color/item when placing the order (order mistakes made by the customer).
  •   

  • The item has been used, worn, altered or damaged after delivery.

Additional information

      

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  •   

  • Shipping fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by ItsTrendyMart.
  •   

  • Inspection time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days from the time we receive the return for inspection and refund processing.
